Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

Acceptable use

  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or abuse other users.
  • Do not upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

Mentor and student content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Yorbit a limited license to host, display, and process that content to operate the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you post or share.

Bookings, calendar access, and third-party services

Certain features rely on Google Calendar or other third-party services. By enabling them, you authorize the required integrations.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Yorbit is not responsible for their actions or outages.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk, or used the service in a harmful way.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yorbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
